If he is eating that well he does not need the karo or nutrical.

I feed mine Royal Canin and they don't over eat.

I would suggest that you feed him smaller amounts several times a day and when it is gone it's gone, he gets no more until the next feeding time.

Does your vet think he is overweight. Puppies should be a little fat.

Mine are 3 pounds and they won't be 4 months until Nov 2 and I don't concider them overweight.
