Default how did you train your babies to stay in a bag/purse and be quite?

I am getting baby Chloe in a few weeks and WOULD love to train her to go in a bag/purse when I go places. When I got Cooper I did the bag thing for a few weeks because I was not comfortable leaving him at home when he was so little when I ran errands but once he got older I just kind of stopped......he is ALL boy and would not be quite to save his life. Even if he would stay in the bag he would want everyone to hear him, as of course he thinks he is a rottweiler or something..lol.

Is there a way that when I get my new girl I can train her to go in the purse/bag and like it etc but to also be quite? I would love to know I could take her into the bank with me or to pick up the kids in school, etc and no one have a clue she is in there. Not sure if girls are easier maybe to not be so vocal/territorial? Or just have to start from the beginning? ALL suggestions welcome!
