Scruffy had his testicle removed from his abdomen and his seutures (sp?) were almost healed and dissolved, when I noticed last night that it had started bleeding again and was irritated? It's been almost a month and I wanted to knwo what I should do? It hasn't opened up, but I'm afraid that because it did start bleeding it could get infected.

Should I clean it with hydrogen peroxide? or just put on some neosporen (Scruffy won't lick it off).
