It is a story about a maltese that was lost...later it was found that someone found her and intended to keep her. This person put up a billboard with a reward and the pup was seen and returned. They put a really big reward up...but perhapes it would just spread the word.
This pup was returned within two days of the board going up. Sometimes the advertisment people will give you a discount if you let them know why. Just a thought. I will countinue to keep Mooney in our prayers.
