Bless your heart. I'm so sorry you're going through this. I know it must be very frustrating. The only thing thing I'm concerned about is that she could have a bladder infection. Three times on the carpet in less than an hour is a lot. Do you think that could be a possibility? I know you say that she can hold it all night, but she may not be bothered by it as much when she's sleeping. Is the urine unusually strong smelling? That can be a sign of a bladder infection.
