You know its funny before I got Peanut I didnt mind the bigger dogs, but now I am more aware of them.

Last night I took Peanut for a walk, I came to this corner and I heard someone coming and I heard a dog. I stopped and picked Peanut up. Well what do you know, a little boy.. maybe 9 was walking his pit bull. The pit bull looked at me and then sniffed the air and he noticed Peanut and kinda charged at me.. I moved away before he could get close to me, but I saw that look in his eyes.. It was that look you never want to see in a dog of any breed.

You know I dont understand how someone's parents can let a little boy no more than 70 pounds walk a 100 lb pit bull, no way in He!! would that little boy be able to control that dog. Who knows what would happen.. Shame shame, at least walk with your kids, so they are not alone with a dog that has way more control.


Then I was coming up to my condo door and this other lady was walking a sheltie mix of some kind... I once again picked up Peanut and let them walk by me, The sheltie didnt look mean or anything, but it didnt look friendly!


And I am not trying to pin point Pit Bulls. I love all breeds of dogs. I am saying all big dogs in general. I am going to be aware of.
