Fish oil is very beneficial for overall health plus the skin and coat! The one I use is Ark Naturals EFA Royal Coat Express...and I love it! It has the EFA's (essential Fatty acids) EPA/DHA Plus LA/GLA. You need to give Vitamin E when using any fish oils, and the Ark Naturals already has Vitamin E in it.
