Poor customer service from YT member I have been very hesitant to post, because I have been one of the defenders of this YT seller in the past and also because I had a very good history of transactions with her prior to my last attempt. My most recent PM however has not been returned and I am a bit disappointed in myself for having allowed things to get to this point without providing some warning to YT members.
In March of 2009 I contacted YT seller Annamalyssa and requested that she hold a Monkeydaze jumper for me in a size small that she had listed for sale. She agreed. I sent a money order for $36 that arrived at her address on March 25th. On April 1, 2009 Annamalyssa contacted me via PM and said that her last size small was defective and that she was trying to get another from the manufacturer. I opted to wait for a new jumper rather than request a refund. When it became obvious that a new jumper was not going to be available to Annamalyssa, I agreed to accept a refund.
The initial communication from this seller was that the refund would go out after June 10. I did not receive it and PM'd the seller. I was then told it would go out in August. I did not receive it, and PM'd the seller. I was then told it would go out the week of September 8, 2009. I have not received it as of today (October 7), and sent another PM on September 30 that has not been responded to. I understand that Annamalyssa has had issues with personal expenses and vet bills, but this money was sent for a specific item of clothing, not for the personal benefit of the seller. I have been very patient, but at this point I feel like a head's up to other potential customers is in order. |
