Default Diagnosed with Parvo

I'm scared. I took Kimchi to the vet and she gave him fluids under the skin to keep him from dehydrating. Then I was sent home with some meds. Later on my wife came home from work and noticed that Kimchi was really not well (still vomiting and diarrhea) We took him to an overnight clinic and they told me he tested positive for PARVO and might not survive . I cannot afford the amount the treatment costs. So they gave him more SQ fluids and sent us home with antibiotics and tears in our hearts. Last night my wife slept with him on the floor giving him bits of fluids to keep him thru the night. He did not vomit anymore. Kimchi woke up today at his usual time 6:am very hungry. He ate more than his usual meal and as of now 11:45 has not vomited or had any diarrhea. I hope this are good signs.
