it's hard but could be done; also you might need help from family members if they are available.
i worked full time and went to school at night; it was really hard
i fed her breakfast then went to work; thank god i work close to home; so during lunch i went home and fed her lunch.
after work around 5pm i went home and gave her something small to eat; then went to school; and then around 9 or 10pm i came back and fed her dinner; sometimes my sister or brother will help me out and feed her; but i had to prepare the food for them. so it was another full time job; but i had to do it
