maybe it's the treats doing this to him; that's too many treats; why dont u try cutting the treats completely; he will get hungry and eat; which food are you feed him. if he doesnt want to eat; you can try boiled chicken and rice; or baby gerber food; he needs to eat something. make sure he's hydrated if he's vomiting; upset stomach can lead to gastritis; and you dont want that believe me. good luck
