Congratulation!!!

My females all get really picky eater/drinker after giving birth. They will drink and heat only if they are IN their whelping box. They don't drink from a boll directly, but if you use your hand to bring water to their mouth, they usually will drink from the palm of your hand. They also sometime will drink from a glass if you hold it near their mouth. An other option is to used a dropper, but it is really time consuming as the female need to drink a lot to produce milk.
So make sure she is drinking a lot. A little chicken broth in the water or puppy milk replacer will help her drink more too.
