I would take her to the vet for the loose stool problem!!!! She shouldn't be kept in the crate all day either and let out just to potty, that is too long, I wouldn't want to be put in a crate that long!! Look at it from her point of view. I would get her checked out at the vet then buy some Natures Miracle it is a great cleaner. Just my opinion!!
