I tried a new shampoo and his hair is a mess. to say the least. I bathed him on friday this is tuesday and he has so many mats I am sick. he has a appt with the groomer and I am embarrased to take him it is like he has a second set of ears!!!!

Any suggestions???? I have been working slowly at it all day but no luck
