Hi I think it is so great your asking questions!

If I were you I would ask the breeder if she would mind holding onto puppy untill 12 weeks.

I know it's hard to wait, but it's worth it.

At eight weeks they still need there mamma and litter mates.

A twelve week old puppy is so much closer to being ready to take on the role of a pup in the human pack.

I really think you will have a better adjustment period, for you and puppy, at 12 weeks.
