Jaxson had been doing this EXACT same thing ealier this year, so when I took him to the vet to get his teeth cleaned I discussed it with his vet. The staff told me its HIGHLY common in small breed dogs for some unknown reason and they get a lot of parents asking whats going on with their dogs. My vet examined Jaxson's legs and joints and said they where strong and solid and even did it when he was under for his cleaning so they could rotate it more. I stopped worrying about it. He did it for a while and now he doesn't do it anymore
. Maybe its a phase of something. He was 2 during this time and now he's 3 so ..... Don't freak out, talk to your vet first. If your baby isn't showing signs of pain and is just "Skippy go Lucky"... don't worry.
