Yes we have had 2 Bils Acid tests and her post levels have been high, so we are treating her with a special diet and meds. The vet wanted to do an ultrasound but being on SSDI i can't afford the $2,000.00 test. So in a few months we will re-test the Bils Acid to see what her levels are.

My cousin is the one who is pressuring me to let Sweet Pea have a litter, she is the type of person that its like talking to a brick wall, its all about HER. I have told her i will not allow Sweet Pea to have puppies and to give her babies this Liver Shunt disease. But she is clueless! No matter, Sweet Pea will NOT be having puppies.

Plus my cousin has a 3yr old mixed breed that she got from the pound, but she works 2 jobs and the poor dog is home alone alot, which i feel is cruel. Though with this economy people have to do what they gotta do. I have to say though that her dog is very spoiled.
