The other day he kept pulling on his leash to go over to one side of the yard. Once we got there I saw a pile of poop that was not his and he was trying like a mad dog to get at it. The bad thing is, I think it is racoon poop. I saw a racoon in our yard the other day!!! He was also trying to get at some rabbit poop today! I'm going to have to try the pineapple and hope he grows out of this soon. I can understand him eating his poop, but I can not tolerate him eating other animal poop. I'm going to be talking this over with his vet tomorrow!!
I've heard that they really love eating cat's poop too, and this is a real delicacy for them, I imagine because cats are fed high protein food. Joey never went for his own poop, but if he finds any duck poop he'll gobble it right up, so we try to keep him away from that.
