I'm not sure but I think I remember that you are supposed to put the meat tenderizer on the poop not the food to get them to not eat it. That could be why he isn't eating his food.

I've never done that because I figured if I could put meat tenderizer on it, I could just pick it up. I have used pineapple though. Unfortunately Sadie didn't like pineapple either.
