Having something to hand out to people is a very good idea. Being on YorkieTalk has educated us and now we can spread the word to others. Each situation is different. To some, you can quietly explain about teacups and some will just never get it. I find that if you can educate just one loudmouth, it saves a lot of time. They will go off and do the work for you, telling everyone they know! A handout would save time when you are in a hurry and not able to stop and talk.
