I thought the same thing but the vet took all kinds of blood tests and everything was fine. It's so hard to know for sure what the cause was so I am slowly starting to give him his treats again to see if it might have been that. So far he hasn't vomited in 2 weeks. He used to eat Wellness Super 5 Mix Healthy Weight because he is 10.4 pounds now and I don't want him to get overweight because he has 2 luxating patellas.
