Seriously, the general rule of thumb for size of a breeding female is for 5 lbs to be the absolute minimum. (And even then, pelvic structure has to be taken into account.) You girl is way too small to breed.
The genetics of BOTH parents play a role in the size of the pups...and not just the parents, but the sizes of the other dogs in their lines have to be taken into consideration as well.

In general, breeding ETHCIALLY takes a lot of preparation, research and a good overall, understanding of genetics and the entire breeding process IN ADVANCE of ever actually proceeding with breeding yourself.
