As she will be under anesthesia at the time anyway, I would do it. It's one less set of nails you have to worry about, as well as a "danger" to your pup: they get caught up in things and ripped/torn, which is extremely painful.

I've only seen dew claws on front legs - not the rear. Does she have them on the front as well? My pups had theirs removed when their tails were docked, so I really don't know if back legs are common or not.
