I'm somewhat in the same boat, but I have forced myself to come home every day for lunch (luckily I only live about 9 miles from work) although its been kinda an expensive pain the bootie, I enjoy taking time out for myself -- finally, and for Lillie Jo. It's a win/win situation.

As for the routine, thats excellent advice. I've had Lillie Jo for about 3 weeks now and its taken 2 of those weeks to get her to use the piddle pad. We get up at 7am, potty, she goes again at 8:30 before I leave. I come home at 1pm, she gets out she goes, and she plays for 40 min or so, then I come home at 5 and do the same thing. By this time of the day she semi-knows where she needs to go and I don't have to direct her, she just goes right over to her piddle pad. Its awesome. Now, for #2---well, we're still working on that. She just will not poo on that dang thing! Like I said, we're still workin.
