I like my steak medium rare, prime ribs and T-bone cuts are my pick. I like sushi too, hey, guys make the sushi, so it's a manly food, right? Not into beer at all. Just never liked the taste, but if drinking, my choice is Ketel One vodka. Way smooth and then I usually wash it down with some Red Bull.
