Both my vets are breeder vets and follow Dr Dodd's vaccination protocol. Both are toy dog specialists. And since I do my own vaccinations on my pups and a vet check prior to they're going home all that is needed is their rabies. Most of my families use my vet too.
The law is the law, blah, blah, blah.....they aren't investigated anyway. The only time the law comes into play is when the rabies vaccine is given and they send the info to Animal Control....then Animal Control steps in with their hand out for registration/license fee.
