 Bordatella is going to be necessary if you uses a groomer, board, or if your vet hospital has rules about it.  Otherwise it's your choice.
 
 IMO, there is no reason that giardia should be given in a case like this.  The same goes for corona.
 
 Lepto, if you are going to get it, I'd do it as a single separately.  Some vets around here give it and some don't.  While I'm not saying you should or should not give it, it is a concern in the SE Michigan area.
