Some puppies are more sensitive to flea bites and will get sores like you are describing. Daily combing for fleas will probably correct the problem. The sulfadine will help the area to heal. I prefer using essential lavender oil for little skin irritations. It just takes a tiny drop rubbed into the effected skin and the lavender oil also helps repel fleas.
