Right now I work 2 shifts of daycare. I have had my own in-home childcare for 25 years. I was also looking at their CDA courses. I may do both since it will be an improvement if I do both. I was thinking I might be able to stop doing second shift if I do grooming a few hours a night instead of a full second shift of kids.......
