Capone was obviously not bred to fit the standard and could possibly be a silky or anything else, he could be part cat and I wouldn't care, lol. But he's exactly what I wanted when I started my search for a pet. I bought him as a yorkie so thats what he is to me . Theres a standard that we have, but it doesn't mean if they don't fit the exact standard they aren't yorkie. I agree that if he was any smaller I would fear for his life everyday because he's a rough little thing. 9.5 lbs is far from a huge dog
