Default PLEASE HELP - my dog is now afraid to jump.

Hi everyone. I am sorry if this has been discussed, I tried to search for similar topics, but couldn't find anything. My dog, Joey, is 5 yrs old, and he was always quite a jumper. I never ever had any health problems with him. One of his favourite spots in the apt is the top of the sofa, where he likes to lie down. And today he's been acting really weird. I wasn't home in the morning and when I came back I noticed that instead of running up to me he was just standing on the floor next to that sofa. And then I put him back on it (not on the top though), and started moving around the apartment doing my own things, but instead of following me, he was just lying there. Long story short, I inspected him and he seems to be fine, when he is on the floor he seems to be running around as usual (maybe a bit slower, as if he has less energy) but when i put him on the bed and put a piece of cheese (his favoutite treat) down on the floor, he just started shaking. For the past 20 minutes he's has been sitting there staring at the treat. I don't have a chance to go to my vet because it is Sunday and he is not there today, and I am assuming that Joey might've fallen off the sofa while I wasn't there. Has anything similar happened to any of you? Please help, I am just freaking out here, because as I said, I never had any problems with him I am sorry if I am all over the place with my story, it is just that I am very nervous for him.
