I know a lady that breeds her two females every year just so she can count ALL their expence as a business expense.
SO, why should someone who is just trying to provide the best care possible for thier furbaby without making them a 'business expense' not get some help. I know we get to deduct our medical bills, so why not hers?
I also wonder if this would encourage pet owners to take better care of thier pets?
