I think it's SO nice to thank Nancy for these avatars. She makes them for SOOOOoooooo many folks here, on her own time....and ya know, working on graphics takes a lot of time! I have P-shop, and man, it can take forever to do the smallest thing. I think it's pretty amazing that Nancy does this for so many people here. Thanks, Nancy!
