Oh I do not think you were being rude at all. I completely understand, trust me!

Honestly, upon further inspection, I think her tail may have been shortened by the breeder, although the breeder told me she specifically didn't dock her tail.



Her tail is a little too short to not be shortened. I woke my husband up in the middle of the night to tell him this because I was very against tail docking when we purchased our little baby, just as I'm against cat de-clawing. I'm hurt by this, but I'm realizing it is the standard in the US and I was lied to because breeders usually dock immediately. Hrmph.


(Poppy isn't just my first Yorkie, she's my first dog ever, I've owned and bred cats my entire life so I'm still learning a lot)


Nevertheless, thank you EVERYONE for your compliments! I just love it here!! This little dog lights up my heart every single day of my life and it's nice to have a place to gush about it.
