I run/jog approx 20-25 miles a week. When I come back I take Roxie for a walk. Sometimes she wants to run and I let her run slightly in front of me so I can watch her and make sure she is handling the run ok. I will continue to run as long as she wants to run but I let her control the pace. She has ran over a mile so far. She loves it. But once again I always leave it up to her.
