They posted new rules and that is what it says. Icopied this from the current signup thread. Apparently they changed it for this one. Sorry, it is 250, not 300. Oops!

Please note in order to participate:

- You are a Donating Member of YorkieTalk.

- You have 250 or more posts here at YorkieTalk (before you sign up in this thread).

- You joined YorkieTalk before July 1, 2009.

- Please do NOT send your Secret Buddy any USED toys or clothes. Re-gifting a new item you may have received is fine, but any USED items are not allowed.
