I never have mine palpatated. I take her to the vet for check-ups and he tells me everything I need to know
Some breeders do this to their own little darlings but I never had. Is there a reason you need to know for safety reasons? ie... your girl is very small and you need to know how many pups? Otherwise I wouldn't worry to much about it. Then again, I haven't had any issues with Hannah delivering w/ any complications. She is 5lbs but throws very tiny babies when born.
