Many pet groomers will just trim the hair there on the bridge of the nose between the eyes. But if you let it grow long you can pull some of it up in a topknot and the other hairs will drape down along the nose. I use either a little vaseline or stay in hair conditioner lotion down from the eyes to hold those little hairs down from getting into the eyes. Just make sure if you use the stay in hair conditioner - don't get any in the eyes.
