Default Leaving Your Furbaby

We leave Bella in her x-pen. She is 10 months old. We put her water, some little nibbles of food, her toy basket, sleeping crate and fluffy bed. She has ALL her possessions. We also leave quiet music playing. I found she sometimes got excited by things on the TV and barked. We NEVER leave her without a light on (soft) if we leave after dark. We hug her and love on her and tell her we will be back (always the same words) and act happy and calm when we put her in her pen. She cried for about 3 minutes at first and now we just say "playtime" and she walks into her pen on her own and climbs into her fluffy bed. I think routine, possessions, and MOST importantly your emotion, CALM, relaxed, and happy are the key. Hang in there. It ALWAYS gets better with time. Patience is the key word with Yorkies.
