You guys are not going to like this.... but honestly you are on company time when at the job and using company's computers...... so to me it is like stealing from the company. Your company is paying you a days pay for a days work. Think about it, if you were hiring someone to clean your house would you appreciate it if they sat down at your desk and searched the web while you were paying them by the hour or by the job? It is the exact same thing. JMHO.......
