You are probably talking about Care Credit. Some vets accept it and some do not. Also there are varying rates. Some vets offer a period of time that is interest free.....BUT you must pay the bill off in that time or you get hit with high interest. Some offer low rates. It is all what the vet offers and Care Credit maintains it. You can check it out at www.carecredit.com
