Default A couple of things

I have a 2.3 lb yorkie girl that I rescued from the Lancaster animal shelter about a year ago. I was lead to believe she only had a problem with her back leg. Well there was much more to it than that and she also has a neurological problem. The neurologist had little hope that she would make it this far. At first I had to feed her by hand and give her water. She was unable to get around and lived in a laundry basket. I started to do water therapy and placed her on a ball and would roll her back and forth. She started to show some progress and is getting stronger. I had her re-evaluated and the neurologist is amazed how well she is doing. He feels she is cognitively aware of her surroundings and is able to make her needs know. He feels she has some quality of life. Here is the thing I am looking into getting her a wheelchair to increase her mobility and I was wondering if anyone has any ideas how to make one or a harness to support her? I kind of have a frame built but I have not been able to design a support and I can not sew to save my life. I also am in need of tiny little doggie diapers. Now that she is out and about I need to diaper her. The disposable are to big and she scoots out of them. Any one on YT makes tiny ones?
