I really can't believe you guys are not more compassionate to this lady's puppy and her child. She said the dog was crying.

She wasn't asking for advice here she was just venting. I can't believe you agree that it is ok for someone to pick up your new puppy and pluck out the ear hair, because the vet ar groomer would do it anyway!! What?? I don't understand the logic.

I agree that the poor puppy with the acid down it's back is just a terrible thing but that doesn't mean that this lady doesn't have the right to be upset. Her new dog and her daughter were upset!!!

I've been here a while now and I have never seen such lack of compassion.
