its bad to give her any of those packages. Cesar food is a terrible diet. its like feeding Mcdonalds and ice cream every meal.

you should slowly switch her to a high quality kibble/wet food diet. many of us on YT use innova, solid gold, wellness, merricks, etc.... there are many threads here on which food to feed.

I feed my 4.5lb yorkie innova small breed. she free feeds but basically eats 1/4-1/2 a cup a day.
