 Your Opinion Please/spaying
I took Cissy to the vet today for her final puppy shots (4 months old). I asked about spaying/microchip and the Vet says she will do it next month when I bring her in to weigh again (for heartworm preventive). When I asked about the teeth situation (reading here it's best to do at once), the vet states it's just up to me when to do the spay but she prefers to do it before first heat, but Cissy still has all her puppy teeth and the vet says everything looks good (- no loss yet). Ok - now it's up to me "when" to do this. What are your opinions??? I'm not sure what to do but want to do what is best for Cissy.
Also, is there anything preventive that I can do to make Cissy's comfort level less tramatic after her Rabies shot? Have read some of the remarks regarding babies after that shot. Just checking to see if I can do something to help her with the process!
