It's dependent on several factors. Whether your pup is closely line bred, different lines grow at different rates. Some will grow quickly and gain early on, then quit. Others will have another growth spurt at a year. Whether your pup's weight is just puppy fat, as when they begin to get older they become more active, they don't gain as quickly. Size is something one cannot predict in a yorkie You can guesstimate, and then they'll make a liar out of you everytime. Puppy growth charts are not always valid where yorkies are concerned, as so many breeds factor into the makeup of a yorkie.
