if she's due for her rabies at the end of the month you can get it done a little early. it won't hurt.
however, i know with traveling to other countries, some places like them to have the vaccine done a specific amount of time before hand even if the old one is still current. OR they want titers done to verify. i'd double check the regulations and make sure you do exactly what they want.
