In reading this thread, You seem sensible, and the advise all seems very sound!
Noone has mentioned the laundry, vacuuming... etc... get those things ironed out too (oh, and the ironing ) It isn't just the finances that change, it IS the balance of a relationship! Step cautiously! The things that are "ok" or "sweet" now, may not be so sweet once you are stuck in a place you can't afford to get out of...
I have "shacked-up" twice... once it ended in marriage... and divorce and this time it is 15 years, and it is still MOSTLY wonderful!
Good luck... (you can always count on your YT buddies to have a world of advice)
