 Pain med for spay and teeth extraction
Oh Yeah! I almost forgot. Ok, so Miley is going in for a spay and a tooth extraction tomorrow. Well I asked how much pain medicine will be and the lady said they don't give it to small dogs such as Miley because they son't have dosages that small. I said well, won't she be in some pain after surgery and all those teeth being pulled....She said the doc gives a morphine shot. I'm assuming this is sometime after the surgery. Won't that shot wear off??? Won't she be in some pain! Poor baby has a lot of teeth to be pulled!Can't I just half or quarter a pain pill if it's not the right dosage for a teeny?? Miley is about 3lbs. HELP
