I know if a dog is allergic to chicken, they can usually tolerate chicken fat.

I've been giving Ellie Cosequin for the longest time and just today I see a revised ingredient list and one of the things in it is derived from bovine cartilage. We have reason to believe that Ellie is allergic to beef, so now I don't know what to do.
Has she been taking any of the new Cosequin formula yet? What about the other types of Cosequin (chewables, liquid, etc.)? Do they all contain bovine protein now?
